You can raise a Helpdesk ticket in two ways:


  1. Raise a New Support Ticket without signing up; or 
  2. Sign-up with the Helpdesk and then raise your ticket;

1. Without Signing Up


You will still get the same great support, but Helpdesk responses will only go to your email account. You won't have a history of that Helpdesk conversation in one place, or have access to historic Helpdesk queries.


2. Signing Up


The benefit of signing up first, is that you will be able to track your ticket's status at any time, and provide supplementary information. 


Responses will be sent directly to your email but will also appear in your Helpdesk account, where you will also be able to see a complete history of all of your Helpdesk requests.
