There are two scenarios, please select the most appropriate to solve this problem:
1. My Opt2Learn and paypal email addresses are different;
2. My Opt2Learn and paypal email addresses are the same

If you have received confirmation of your payment from paypal and your Opt2Learn account email address (your username) and your paypal email address used for payment are different, you just need to add your paypal email address to your Opt2Learn account.
As you can see below, all you need to do is log into your Opt2Learn account and click on the Add my paypal email button (highlighed) and add your paypal email address you used to make the purchase. Opt2Learn doesn't get access to any of your paypal information, or your paypal account, it simply allows the system to assign your paypal purchase to your Opt2Learn account.
Once done, your course should immediately appear in Your Courses.

If your Opt2Learn and paypal email addresses are the same, and your confirmed purchase from paypal isn't showing in your account, please raise a help desk ticket and we will have a look into it for you.
